SWIM COURSE
 The swim course will take place within designated swim area and the long
lap swim lane.  The sprint distance will complete one lap (down and back).
  
BIKE COURSE
 PLEASE TAKE CAUTION THROUGH THE PARK AS PARK ROADS
BECOME TECHNICAL AND WINDING.  PLEASE TAKE CAUTION!
  
RUN COURSE
 The run course is completely contained within park grounds.  Sprint
distance athletes will complete 2 laps of 1.55 miles.  THE PARK IS
CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC AND PUBLIC TRAFFIC.

Welcome to the 5th Annual SummiTriathlon.  Please note the following event bulletins to ensure a safe and rewarding race
experience
  • Online registration will END FRIDAY! NO Race-day registration. Packet Pick-up will open at
6:00am.
  • Please review the course maps.
  • NO PACKET PICK-UP or registration will be available on Saturday.
  • APPROVED BIKE HELMETS ARE MANDATORY AND NO DRAFTING ON THE BIKE COURSE
(3 bike lengths unless passing)
  • Updated Race Schedule is posted.  Please review starting times.
  • PLEASE NOTE:  Although the run and bike courses will be marshaled and labeled with directional arrows, It is the responsibility of the
    participant to KNOW THE COURSE.  (Map links below). The marshals and officers at intersections are there for your safety and traffic
    control.
ATTENTION PARTICIPANTS AND SPECTATORS...New for '10  
The park WILL BE CLOSED TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ONCE THE RACE STARTS...REPEAT...ONCE THE RACE BEGINS (about 7:00am)
NO MORE VEHICULAR TRAFFIC WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PARK.  All attendees need to be on the park grounds by 7:00am.  ENTER
THROUGH THE MAINTENANCE DRIVE which is approx. 200 yards passed (east of) the main gate.  The main gate will be locked/closed.  Do
not panic, simply continue on your way on S. River Road (eastbound about 200 yards) and you will see the MAINTENANCE DRIVE.  Take a
right into the drive and DRIVE WITH CAUTION, AS BIKERS MAY BE WARMING-UP.
PLEASE TAKE CAUTION THROUGH THE PARK AS PARK ROADS BECOME
TECHNICAL AND WINDING.  PLEASE TAKE CAUTION!
