Welcome to the 3rd Annual Silver Springs Duathlon/Biathlon.  Please note the following event bulletins to ensure a safe and
rewarding race experience.
  • Online registration will END FRIDAY! Race-day registration & Packet Pick-up will open at 6:45am.

  • Please review the course maps.  Biathletes will do 2 laps on bike course, and duathletes will do 3 laps on bike course.  
    YOU WILL NOT PULL INTO THE PARK DRIVE/TRANSITION AREA UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETED WITH
    DESIGNATED NUMBER OF LAPS.  After lap #1, you will stay on Stow Road for laps 2/3.

  • NO PACKET PICK-UP or registration will be available on Saturday.

  • APPROVED BIKE HELMETS ARE MANDATORY AND NO DRAFTING ON THE BIKE COURSE
     (3 bike lengths unless passing)

Weather Forecast:  The storms and wind should pass by Saturday evening and leave cooler temperatures for
Race day.  The Sunday morning lows are around 50 degrees and partly cloudy skies...Not too shabby!
